Young Panther's away day

One of our young panthers enjoyed a recent away day as they were chosen as the mascot for Atherton Colls FA Vase tie away at Cleethorpes on Jan 28.
Along with the rest of the large Atherton Colls contingent young Tom Waller one of our Under 8 Panthers made the trip east to be the Colls mascot on the biggest day of our local neighbors recent history as they took on Cleethorpes Town in the last 16 of the FA Vase.
Tom really enjoyed the day, however the Colls after being 2-0 up eventually lost the game 3-2. His proud Dad John (the under 8's Panthers coach) was even planning on letting him wear his Pennington shirt until he realised that Cleethorpe Towns share the same colours as our club.
